He was a good character, he didn't deserve it

he was a wuss, and no he didn't deserve it. If she hadn't broken up with him they would both still be alive at the spot chilling

Lol... sorry. I dug the flick though. It was a nice throwback to cheesy 70's films. I even felt bad when the Thugs died. (poor Ginger!)
