The movie is not boring at all, it's actually very intriging to watch this "Clash of Cultures" unfold.
I found it quite entertaining and amusing.
Do not expect a WW2 hollywood style Drama like "Bridge of River Kwai".

but the dvd does not have English Subtitles and that has been the problem.
Any ideals where to get with English Subtitles.
A lot of the dialog is in german, so I was able to pick up on the story by 90%.
But yes, I would love to have an english subtitled version.
Hi have this movie with poor english subtitles, which i intend to rip and re-edit then colour so as to be more clear over the hard Japanese subs of the German parts
