The gay characters

Does anyone else truly HATE the gay characters in this show? Not because they're gay, but Jesus they're portrayed annoyingly in this. And that Richie Velch guy is beyond camp and they've got him playing a straight guy. How is it okay for him to be gay and not for that Perry guy? They're both SUPER gay and annoying.
Plus, this show deserved to get cancelled because it was bringing nothing new to the table regarding TV. Stuff like this has been done before countless times. At least How I Met Your Mother was kind of a different spin on Friends.
But anyway, I digress, the point is I can't stand that Richie Velch guy and that bender with the glasses who always hangs out with John Ritter's son.

It's not the years, honey; it's the mileage.
