There is no nudity.

There are however, a couple of scenes involving sex and drugs which are somewhat provocative. In one, two boys are sniffing glue and then start making out and masturbating each other. You don't actually see nudity but it's pretty obvious what they're doing.

The other is a threesome between two boys and a girl. Like above, there is a lot of making out and kissing and hands down pants but you don't see any nudity.

It's actually one reason I think Dos Santos is such a brilliant director, because he can include scenes like this with NO nudity that are as much or even more provocative than American films that DO show nudity. It takes someone with a great eye and creativity to shoot scenes like this in a way where, although nothing is actually shown, what the viewer sees in his mind can be far sexier than if it was actually shown.

But that should also answer your question in, perhaps, a way you weren't expecting. If you were thinking that including nudity would make you uncomfortable seeing it with your parents while not including nudity is okay, I think you'd be mistaken. Because even though there is no nudity, the above scenes are so provocative that there's no way I'd feel comfortable watching them with my parents or children.

I don't know how old you are but I do not recommend watching this with your parents unless you're used to seeing movies with them that show kids doing drugs and having sex, explixt nudity or not.
