DVD Season 2 for US

I know there is a dvd thread already in play here but since there has been zero activity on this board for some time now I thought I would start a new one.

I just finished watching the first season on DVD after buying it from Amazon (US). I admit I only bought it because I am a fan of Tom Hiddleston. But after watching it I fell in love with this show. It's hysterically funny. Now I am hungry to get the Season 2 DVD. Imagine my surprise that I can only find a Region 2 disc.

Does anyone know it there are plans to release the second season in region 1 format?

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
