is this a good tomb raider game?
I have been a fan of tomb raider games ever sence i played tomb raider 2 on ps one i saw this game in the store last week it looks pretty good but i just want to be sure.

Oohh ... i promise you it isnt as good as TR 1 or TR2.
but even then its pretty good
Play the original. It's the best...and so different. The puzzles were too easy in this one. TR2 was pretty hard too and TR3 was a killer...get u running around in circles racking your brain thinking about how to get through it...get lost a lot too.

I forget if it was II or III that I remember as just being annoying. There were "gauntlets" that you just had to run and pray you were turning the right direction.
I like challenging, but they made it challenging by making it so you couldn't figure out how to solve problems without randomly trying stuff that'd make you die.
I remember one huge room where the "solution" to the problem was finding a block section of wall that you could move... before they'd made them slightly off-color so you could tell if you were paying attention. I remember having to try every single block until I found the right one. That's not fun.
But the series is still my favorite... but just be warned, II and III are probably not the best place to start.

shareBest thing about TR:L? Well obviously the graphics...absolutely breathtaking...the MUSIC..ahh...like a film score...umm...the motorbike sequences were fun. Storyline was OK. I reckon Zip and Alistair were funny and I never felt lonely...but I can understand why other people didn't like them (breaks up the suspense). The only thing I didn't like was the length and the easy puzzles...and I miss her trademark grab-pull up move too...

Well, it isn't as hard as the first four: TR1, TR2, TR3 & The Last Revelation.
But, AoD was cool and like Legend, could've been longer. Legend had a great graphics, same with Last Revelation. I think all the games were great. But, as cool and great as Legend was, it wasn't as hard as the first four, which were incredibly hard and Lara changed plenty in Legend and showed some fear. Legend was awesome, though.

I like all tomb raider games even tomb raider 6 even know the controls were bad and I am having a blast playing tomb raider 7 and I taking my time getting all the rewards in

TR6/AOD was a great game, very underrated, I thought that they should've let Core finish their AOD Trilogy, could've been awesome.
