Bad movie! A shame.

I understand the whole of bases that the team of "Sultanes del Sur" had to make this movie. I understand the good intentions to improve the mexican cinema. I understand why Tony Dalton is copying other formulas. But this is not enough to get a good movie.

"Sultanes del sur" is a really bad movie. Explosions and chasing cars don`t make a good movie. It is a shame to use a good budget in a poor premise like "Sultanes".

The main problem is a poor script (full of holes), bad editing, unnecesary scenes, poor characters, bad acting, and the ending is sooooo dumb.

I guess the only thing the mexican cinema has proved is that we can make a movie that looks, sounds, and is advertised as a Hollywood film. I guess that is good. But the big step to make really good mexican movies is not proved yet.

It is a shame.
