Did she or didn't she?!

Did she know she was pregnant and willingly murder the baby or didn't she?!

^I don't know, but what I found most confusing was the probable sentence she would receive. Five years for negligent homicide. This is what she told Tilda's character she would get and Tilda then told her she would definitely get parole after six months.

So what I don't get is why negligent homicide? She told Tilda the baby was in her pant's leg and then she held the tiny thing in her hand and wished it would die. But did the court know that and what was negligent in her behavior? The tiny baby couldn't live.

Not getting prenatal care is considered negligent behavior. Also, UT could be argued the going skiing was negligent, as well. I think this girl could have won her case, but I think she felt she needed to be punished. I also got the feeling that she just wanted week if this to be over with, and just doing that stint in jail would end ths whole ordeal.

I also have no idea. I'm a man, so I'll never know what it's like to be pregnant... But it does take a toll on the woman... It makes me wonder how could she NOT know if she was pregnant or not.
But when all's said & done... Pretty good film.

Trust me,
