i know there are relasing a remixed version of the 2 thrones on the PSP. Basicaly the same game with an hours worth of play added on, but i thought POP was a trilogy!

As much as I would want another prince game,no way there's going to be another Prince of Persia. The next series will be Assasin's Creed.

It would be the last of the 'Sands' Trilogy, that is what they said.

So likely, any form of time manipulation wouldn't come from any sands, or, as someone else stated, there could be another protagonist?

yeah they might do ..thay can come with a new storyline or new prince and so on ....but all i know is one for Wii coming ANd TT for PSP ..mix of Original TT is gonna be in some other Platforms thats all i know but i really need Prince of perisa 4 for all platform .....

just from internet rumor, ubisoft is going to continue the series, however the prince from the last trilogy will not be the playable character

Right now from what I've heard is that Ubi Soft Montreal is working on not only Assassin’s Creed but also The Ninja Turtles game which is a single player game that utilizes an advanced Prince of Persia engine.

The video looks nice. It should be on youtube.

Prince of Persia 4 would be great there is a market for it, so they probably will do when they get to it.

And it wouldn't make sense for the Prince from the 'Sands' trilogy to be in it. because he wouldn't be a Prince anymore. he'd be a King. remember, his dad died in T2T or shortly before then. I'm going to make a guess that the new prince will either be an entirely new prince from an alternate storyline, or he could be the son of the SoT Prince and Farah. or a descendent. who knows. Ubisoft hasn't failed with these games yet. lets just hope their magic continues.

The Hitokiri is untouchable.

Many people want the saga to continue, for they are proud to be fans of a legendary game.
Prince of Persia 4/7 has not yet been announced and we might not know if it will ever exist. If it will be one, we won't play it tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, or probably not even the next 2 years.
We just have to hope that the Prince will return.

Sands of Time is perfect as a trilogy, and besides, the main cutscene lines from the first game, are alos the last lines of The Two Thrones; it comes full-cicle. As I said, an ideal trilogy. Outside this trilogy, though, I really hope there will be another Prince of Persia game.

ubisoft has confirmed prince of persia 4 for the xbox
it is said to be the beginning of a new trilogy- no more sands
it was confirmed after some artwork for the new game was leaked on to the internet.

They confirmed it but they didn't say when it's going to be released. My guess is that it'll come out after the Assassin's Creed trilogy. 2010 maybe?

Yes. It's going to be Jake Gyllenhaal. But even though the movie is called "Prince Of Persia:The Sands Of Time" it is going to be a different storyline. Plus the Prince(Gyllenhaal) will be called Dastan & the princess will be called Tamina. Which is stupid because they should just use the storyline & characters from the game instead of changing everything around.

Its going to be out for PS3, X-Box 360, PC and definetely not the Wii by the looks of those graphics and the size of the environments.
