will i understand this game, if i skip warrior within .. ? or is there parts of this game that connect with warrior within

Not really. Most of the things referenced in The Two Thrones are from Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.

Do not skip Warrior Within. Warrior Within is alot different from Sands of Time and The Two Thrones(feel,gameplay,MUSIC,gore). And Warrior Within is the best one.
