Glitch early in the game

In the game, my copy is The Prince of Persia: Rival Swords (PSP name for psp version of the Two Thrones), after Kaileena is killed and the prince falls down the hole, does your game freeze? I am getting frustrated, and many others have experienced the same glitch as I've read on youtube vids and blogs? What has been your solution? I hope you guys have a solution, if you do, please message below. Thanks very much
