First Movie I Thought of When...

This is the first movie that came to mind when I heard about all this recount 2016 stuff. Don't know why they keep having to change the methods of voting. Should be paper and paper only. All these computerized ways are just making it complicated and wasier for people to claim "voter fraud." I thought the scanners were absolutely horrible.
