Should i give it a go?

Not sure if it's worth the time

It's one of the best B-Movies out there. Probably worth your time if you enjoyed 28 Days/Weeks and Mad Max series.

Thx. Don't care for any of the Mad Max movies but i liked both 28 films. Will give it a go when i can find it.

Watching it now. This looks like it was geared to be Rhona's "Underworld" style breakout role.

Trying to enjoy it but the scenes feel too much like "staged shots" so they don't have a natural flow. Kinda over-edited. It's disruptive to me so i am having a tough time seeing it as a story. I'll finish it anyway, but the setup seems like i already know pretty much how the story will unfold. I enjoy an unplug-the-brain popcorn flick as much as the next person, but, well, we'll see.

Well was it worth it?

I remember seeing the trailer for this way back when and I had to do some digging to find out what this film was, so I might see it but will I just be disappointed?

It has it's moments and is generally 'ok'. it's full of predictable, easy steps and some interesting action and set pieces. The action gets decidedly spoof levels of ridiculous towards the end, forgetting the serious tone it's had for most of the movie.

it suffers from the two biggest problems most action movies suffer, that is, the professional, highly trained and well equipped soldiers are hopelessly weak that they are overrun by a few punks with sticks, and the car chase has an old Rover that's able to keep up with a Bentley GT!!

I have come to enjoy this movie alot the first time I thought it was OK but I was watching it with 5 friends so they kept talking and i missed some parts; on my second viewing I feel in love with it I can watch over and over and it doesn't get old just my opinion
