U.S. NTSC Region 1 DVD Release

Does anyone know if/when this will be released on dvd in the U.S. as NTSC Region 1?
All I can find on the net is Region 2 NTSC copies. I don't have a region free dvd player so I need a Region 1 or a Regionless version. I love "Twilight..." and "Hidden..." and it is killing me that I haven't seen this film yet. Please, if you have any information, let me know. Thanks.

September 2nd 2008 From Funimation. It was in the slip of there latest slip in the film Hana.

It's saying November 2008 now, instead of Sept. 2nd 2008.
