I wondered about that scene myself. Obviously the penis in that scene has no foreskin and when Diego Luna is shown lying on the bed in a later scene, there is definitely foreskin. It doesn't mean the skin wasn't pulled back but why go through the trouble of doing that for a fake oral sex scene?

I am amazed at the people who believes that these kind of scenes are "for real": I dunno how to call them if naïve or foolish. There are plenty of tricks to use for these scenes that doesn't require actors doing the real thing. Just like scenes where actors bleeds or are maimed aren't "real".

The only non-porn films that I am sure includes real and uncensored sex scenes are 'Caligula' and 'Shortbus'.
