-Separatists: The same as Battlefront and Battlefront II except players should get to choose between playing as a regular Battle Droid (like for the Naboo missions in BF1) or a Super Battle Droid and also give General Grievous' Bodyguards the staff weapons

-Republic (Episode II Clone Troopers or Episode III Clone Troopers): Basically the same as Battlefront and Battlefront II except add (major) Clone Troopers such as Captain Rex (from the Clone Wars movie), Commander Cody and others and you should get to choose which type of Clone Trooper you want to play as (between Episode II or Episode III)

-Empire: The same as Battlefront and Battlefront II

-Rebels: The same as Battlefront and Battlefront II

Heroes and Villans
-Separatists: Darth Maul, Jango Fett, Count Dooku, Durge (from the animated Clone Wars shorts), Assaj Ventress and General Grievous

-Republic: Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi (Episode II or Episode III), Anakin Skywalker (Episode II or Episode III), Yoda, Mace Windu, Ki-Adi Mundi, Aayla Secura, Adi Gallia, Plo Koon, Kit Fisto, Shaak Ti and Padme (Episode I battle gear or Episode II battle gear)

-Empire: Arden Lyn (from Masters of Teras Kasi), Boba Fett, Mara Jade, Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine

-Separatists: Same as BFII except also include Sith Infiltraitor (for Darth Maul), Slave I (for Jango Fett), Solar Sailor (for Count Dooku), Assaj Ventress' Ship (don't know what it's called) and General Grievous can use one of those Droid Bombers (I think thats the ship Obi-Wan used to escape Utapau in Episode III)

-Republic: Basically the same as BFII except also include Episode II Jedi Starfighter or Episode III Jedi Starfighter (for all Jedi only)

-Empire: Basically the same as BFII except also include Slave I (for Boba Fett) and Darth Vader's Tie Fighter (from Episode IV)

-Rebels: Same as BFII except also include the Millenium Falcon (for Han Solo, Chewbacca and Lando Calrissian), Kyle Katarn's ship (from Dark Forces), Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Wedge Antilles can use X Wings

For Assault (Heroes vs Villains) battles, you should be able to choose any (ground assault) level, not just Mos Eisley

The Story Mode should be titled either one of these.....

Choice I: Part I (Fall of the Old Republic) and Part II (Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire)

Choice II: Part I (Fall of the Jedi Order) and Part II (Rise of the Rebel Alliance)

Either way, battles from both the Clone Wars and Galactic Civil War should be covered (maybe even a few missions where you're the Empire but still the Clone Army)
