6.2?

this movie was badass, how'd it get so low of a score?

Apparently this isn't a popular movie in asia. It's supposed to be based on a popular comic book but the director changed alot of the plot that everyone knows. Confilicts, hierarchies and character relationships were changed and alot of the changes weren't popular with the asian audiences. Donnie Yen's character isn't supposed to be the lead character in the comic. Nicolas Tse's character is. And they're suppose to fight as a team not solo. I enjoyed the movie but I understand the complaints and if I had read the comic like alot of other people, I probably would have been disappointed too.

I couldn't care less about IMDB rating. I liked the movie and that's all what really matters to me.
The story is kinda shallow (as usual in this kind of films) but the kung-fu sequences were badass. Another great flick by Donnie Yen.

Because acting is the most important thing in a martial arts movie. People that rate them low for the acting need a Chuck Norris roundhouse in the face.

I think that's about right.
