Blood-C is another anime series being developed, that's supposed to be based off of Blood: The Last Vampire, as well. Saya's the main character.
I don't think this is a sequel to Blood+, however... (Although that'd be great! But probably too much to ask for), but rather another retelling of Blood: The Last Vampire. Kind of like Blood+, but another "re-telling".

I don't think so. Blood+ wasn't to my knowledge a retelling of Blood:TLV. Blood+ was happening 30 years later, after her long sleep. Blood C is about another Saya I think, probably one of Divas daughters. Haven't seen it yet.
