Dissapointed over Blood C before seeing

What! I looked up Blood c and I was so disappointed. I seems to be related to Blood + only by the lead characters name. No familiar characters and no direct relation to the plot.

How in the world could they miss the opportunity to make the new series about Divas daughters who are being taken care of by Kai and the others!! I thought that was a no brainer! So sad. Isn't that what any Blood + fan wants?
