Where the Stranger actually people from the Wedding? The guy was wearing a suit?

Yes, two of the strangers were the bride and groom, the third was the maid-of- honor. This was their "honeymoon" of sorts.

There's no indication that the strangers were from the wedding. There was actually no indication of who they were at all.
