Who is TAMARA?

Who is TAMARA? and why do these 3 killers are looking for her/him?
And it doesn't make sense that when asked why they kill, they responded because your home? What does it mean? Are these 3 killers hold some grudges on those victims?

The randomness is an integral part of the film. There is not supposed to be any motive, which, in my opinion, adds to it's effectiveness.
