shame on everyone involved with this movie

first let me say that i was suckered into this. i thought it was a genuine documentary. its not.

seriously. to anyone who had anything with the making of this movie. you need to rethink your lives.

shame on you.

reply

Yes, this movie sucked. I didn't even finish it - horrible.

What hump?

reply

I was also hoping it was going to be a documentary.

I watched the first six seconds, saw all the flashing gore like some bad remake of a b-rated horror film, and shut it off. I didn't even get passed that second stream of text.

Not what I was hoping for in the least. Glad I only spent a dollar on it at RedBox, otherwise I would have been VERY angry.

reply

rokrangel13,

I don't know what you mean about flashing gore. Are you sure you're not confusing this movie with another?

reply

I think it was supposed to be alternating scenes between news briefs and shots of the murders (accompanied by a lot of screaming) or something. It was a while ago, and like I said, I only watched six seconds of it.

And I'm sure it was the same movie.

Either way, that six seconds was every bit as disappointing to me as any other part of that "film" was to anyone else.

reply

This dude doesn't even remember it and is just making stuff up.

reply

Of course I don't remember it.

I watched a whole six seconds.

And it was a WHILE ago.

All I know is that it just wasn't what I was looking to watch.

reply

You watched six seconds of this film awhile ago and decided to condemn it on the Internet? Do you always make such snap judgements?

reply

If you guys want a documentary, I don't have that but I did get my hands on the Trial of Jeffrey Dahmer. With witness impact statements and everything. It's really heavy though, hard to watch. I found it on Demonoid if anyone's interested.

reply

Thanks for the recommendation. You are talking about "On the TRAIL of Jeffrey Dahmer," not "The TRIAL of Jeffrey Dahmer," right? I'd much rather see a documentary about him than a biopic anyway.

Cute, just like the subject (though not the subject matter). Love the sinner, hate the sin. On second thought, maybe not.

reply

No I'm talking about The Trial of Jeffrey Dahmer. The actual courtroom footage from his 1992 trial.

As I said before, it has the victim impact statements and Jeffrey himself even speaks.

reply

Thanks, I'll seek out "The Trial of Jeffrey Dahmer."

YouTube also has an interview Stone Phillips did with Jeffrey Dahmer and his father, but it seems very rehearsed and controlled.

That's it. Daddy Dahmer has his priorities "straight."
