As good as NARC?

I saw a couple of Joe Carnahan's films (NARC, Smokin' Aces), liked them both. Does this one live up to expectations?

NARC is very good. Smokin' Aces is mostly crap, as is Pride & Glory.

I love smokin aces. I love pride and glory.. Iv only seen Narc once and liked it. Ill have to see it again. It has a similar atmosphere as P&G
