I just bought this on impulse the other day & have to say, it's probably gonna end up my all time favourite movie... or at least, one of three.

"Nice penis" is the line that cracks me up the most, too.
I like the "Filthy/Gorgeous" scenes where Nell (Woody) gets off the bus looking like a hooker and on her 2nd step practically falls, then goes on to the lunch room where she's stuffing her mouth with food and squirting mayonnaise into her throat, then the "nice penis" scene occurs soon after.
I also like Nell and Nicky in the trailer as she swills the beer and tries to avoid getting romantic with Nicky since it's "so gay!"
It's also a good in-joke when Nell/Woody wakes up to "Candle in the Wind" on the alarm and says "What's this crappy music?" I wonder if Sir Elton laughed.

The funniest line in the movie BY FAR was when Woody's mom was cooking breakfast and she says "it's the house speciality, I call it "Eggs what the *beep*.""
That line might have been funnier if it hadn't been edited.

I dont remember well but first day they switched bodies, Nell (as Woody) misses the bus and says As*hole, then an old man hears it and says a young lady like you shouldnt say something like this then Nell abuses at him and man runs away..lol

I can't believe no one mentioned when Nell in Woody's body is curled up in the stairwell crying and then their nerdy teacher approaches

And then he tries hugging the teachers leg and the teacher is really awkward and tries to get away. I laughed for minutes afterward.

The funniest part for me was when Nell in Woody's body says:

haha, I couldn't stop laughing! Nell's (Woody's) reaction was SO funny! I mean, she was talking about herself & making everyone thinking Woody said it :)

I liked a lot of lines in this movie. Most of you made awesome points. I think I have two favorites. One is the one where Woody looks at the guy in the bathroom and says "Nice penis". The other is at the beginning when they are at the museum and the teacher says "Let's get your learn on" Cracks me up every time because of the cheesiness.
