The only two female protagonists in the main story are brutally killed. And then there are two missions - the Red Hand Gang one where you kill the female leader of the gang and her female accomplice, and the bounty mission where you have to kill Bloody Belle and all of her female accomplices.

The whole western fantasy is a thing for young boys grown into adult men. We like to see the west filled with gorgeous women, lots of violence and political incorrectness. That's why Deadwood rocked so hard.
