shareI had the same thought. What really got me is we see him partying, yet he can't afford his breakfast the next morning. Then all of a sudden he has money for gas, alcohol, water, the car repair, a hotel room, etc.
He probably stole money and credit cards from the people he killed.
It's all fun and games until someone gets caught. Then it's larceny.
I saw it as him just being a dick to the cashier and tossing change up. But he either has rich parents or he is stealing money from people.
