shareI was wondering the same thing, cuz when Sofie was saying Ingrid texted her Taylor said she doesn't have her phone. That's a strange response, it doesn't totally sound like he killed her, but I guess it's hugely possible.

When they first drive away Sofie says that she doesn't have Ingrids phone number. This could be how he knew she didn't text her. Either he killed Ingrid or told her a lie like he did to Alex and Sophie.
