Papa Shango/Curse

In one of the segments on this section of the documentary, Warrior is in an interview, and all of a sudden that green liquid starts flowing from the top of his head and other spots on his face. How the hell did they do that?

I was a young teen then, I don't remember everything, but their feud was pretty cool.

Ahhhhh, thanks.

LOL same thing when he "pukes" up that stuff in the back after Shango "curses" him, I laughed at first, even though it's fake or supposed to be, but man........that was funny!

Heh heh. They made it look semi-real though. I remember watching that back in the day, or some of it.

I still think this DVD is pretty cool, UW was probably my favorite wrestler back then, I used to always watch Saturday Night Main Event, and he'd usually be on there. He was kinda like an early Batista type guy.

Radio electronics - LOL. I doubt Vince McMahon and the people at WWF would be smart enough to know how to do that.

Actually, if you watch the footage, the Warrior has a WWF satin sport jacket on (an unusual warddrobe choice for the Warrior) that has a very collar that rode high up on his neck. In the original footage that aired (you can't tell in the DVD) he keeps his right hand in his pocket the entire interview. If you watched closely in the original footage, it was obvious he had a hand pump and some kind of ooze bladder and it was tubed up the sleeve of his jacket, past the high collar, and up to the squibs attached behind his hairline.

It was obvious because the Warrior never wore corny WWF jackets and weirdly kept his right hand in his jacket pocket the entire interview while being very animated with his left hand.

As a 12 year-old I thought it was one of the coolest/creepiest things I had ever seen in my life. Whoever thought up the storyline, I was a total mark, and I give the person credit. Only later did I realize while talking about it with friends.

My two favorite story lines in WWF history are UW and the Undertaker and UW and Papa Shango. Just because they were so creative and out there.

that's correct on how the ooze trick was done, except for one thing: it wasn't up his jacket sleeve, it was through his pocket, they cut a small hole to connect the tubing to the squeeze bulb
