Hogan-Warrior in WCW/Warrior's first appearance

I liked the DVD...I really did. My only question is why did Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan get so upset with Warrior's first appearance in WCW when he brought up the fact that he beat Hulk Hogan so many years ago. What cardinal rule was he breaking? I didn't see that as a very big deal. Can someone let me know?
