Two guys from 'Silent Scream' RIP ON 'Silent Scream'!!!!!

Two friends of mine who were in "Silent Scream" (Michael McKiddy, who played "Brad," and Rick Lundgren, who played "Tim" - the dude who gets an ax in the back of the head at the beginning; hopefully they're cool with me posting this, haha) produce a really funny web series called "Paranormal, Burbank" (http://www.ParanormalBurbank.com), and they just posted an episode where they rip the SH$T out of "Silent Scream"!! It's pretty funny, they even incorporate lines FROM "Silent Scream" into the episode, lol.

Check it out (it's "Season 2, Episode 1")!!!!

Thanks for the link. That's a cool site!

This film looks horrible. I almost bought it because I thought it was the 1980 "Silent Scream" released with a different cover. That title is notorious because there's also a documentary from the '80s called "Silent Scream" that shows an actual abortion.

"Silent Scream" was a good title 30 years ago, but it should be used only once for maximum effect. Like "The Changeling."

No problem dude!

And yeah, WarpedRecord, don't even waste your time with this movie. It was originally called "The Retreat" and I don't know why they didn't just stick with that title. Whoever decided on "Silent Scream" is a moron. I feel bad cause the actors constantly get slammed (I'd love to see this movie made with an all-star cast, it would still suck), the main problem lies with the script. It was clearly producers just trying to make a quick buck. I mean, the writer had NEVER written horror before, so that says it all right there.

Thanks for the details, MartyMcFly! I'll be saving my money on this one.

I was thinking the DVD was a bootleg of the 1980 film or something because I had never seen that cover before, and I didn't know about this film. They probably wanted to capitalize on the earlier film with the same title. I love horror films, even some bad ones, so many of them are disappointing and just try to lure you with a title or the cover. This just looks tedious.

Thanks for saving me a couple bucks, and have a great day.
