What the heck happened to the girl who made the 911 call?
How in the world did the guys walk out the house with body parts
in trash bags and she NOT see this?
The assumption is that the body parts were burried in the same location were the crime was committed. the girl was just a by stander in passing who heard the crime in progress. Just from my perspective, like we think she did, I would call the police but would not want to stick around for fear of reprisal from the perpetrators, if they recognize you, or fear of them coming after me since I witnessed the crime. just a thought.

share That doesn't explain, though, why she just happened to be jogging by- but 6 or whatever months later when the new couple moves in, they are shocked when anyone is anywhere near there property, as they are out in the middle of the woods with nothing else nearby. ;-)

Lol, yeah they made the viewers believe the cabin was situated in an isolated area in the woods. In early scenes it was shown that the place was only accessible through rough roads. But when the crime was in progress suddenly it was like the house was transplanted to a nearby community that a jogger heard the whole incident --and she was running on a PAVED road... Another instance which was probably a goof, was when the front door opened while the woman was in the kitchen and she went to close it, a lot of cars passing by the street outside were visible through the glass which totally blew the "middle of the woods" illusion.
The girl calling 911 felt like as if the scene was put there to add more minutes to the runtime. I was expecting something like the cops showed up but was too late, or something...why waste a scene on the witness then forget all about her as she has no bearing nor connection whatsoever to the story? share
