what a min...raven was the one who could talk to animals

i remember raven was the one in the sequel who told her father she could talk to animals. so whats up with this movie being about kyla?

i figure that since raven got it and her dad had it that kyla got it too. since hes her father too. but thats just why i thought.

if u remember from the first and second ones, maya always talked to the animals naturally, so i'm guessing she could always talk to them, it was never a big deal for her or her parents until high school.
