Would Christian Bale make a good Vincent Valentine in a live action make of either Dirge of Cerberus Final Fantasy 7 or the original Final fantasy 7? I was cleaning the living room the other day and had come across my Dirge of Cerberus guide book in one of the drawers and when I saw the shape of Vincent's nose on the cover of it I automatically thought of Christian Bale. They both have that thing with the tip of their nose and I can totally see Bale playing him...the dark and brooding man...after all he was in my opinion the best Batman to date

I always said that. Steve Burton could play a good Cloud, and a good Sephiroth would be Jason Isaacs. But that's just my opinion, I've been trying to figure out everyone else but I don't really get anywhere.

I dislike the idea of making any FF movie into live action, but I agree that Bale would make a good Vincent Valentine. I think Jude Law would be a good Sephiroth.

i agree about Jason Isaccs as sephiroth, i was watchin order of the pheonix last night and everytime i saw him i thought of that.
After seeing sweeny todd i think Johnny Depp could pull of being Vincent,

I think the same when I see L. Malfoy xD

But looking closely, in the end Sephiroth's features (and Cloud's too) are so androgynous that an actress might resemble them somewhat more than any actor xD - but I dare say that would be next to impossible to achieve heh :D
Just a thought.... if it were at all possible to pull it off, and here I'm thinking in terms of faces only :p , Kristanna Loken for example might make a terrific Sephiroth:

Just some images I googled to make my point (meaning only the faces!). xD
If you keep the image of the character in mind as you view those, the resemblance stands out the better.
I was thinking more of Sephiroth and Cloud as in Crisis Core and AC, I think we can all agree their faces look fairly androgynous (as is common in anime, etc).
