WTF no Dialogue?

OK I got this on Tomb of Terrors and was just watching this but there was no dialogue. I know the sound was fine cause I heard the backround music but when the characters were speaking I heard nothing. Is it suppossed to be like this or is mine defective? If that's how it's naturally suppossed to be it's pretty dumb.
