crap acting (to put it very very very mildly),
lame scripts, lame dialog, nonsensical humor (and NOT in a good way)...
cant remember a show that made me cringe that much. THANK GOD its discontinued.

Sadly, Hyperkeef has passed away. His head exploded while it was stuck up his arse and sadly blew him into a million bits. Hyperkeef had been watching an early episode of Red Dwarf and investgators think he may have become overexcited and was trying to pleasure himself.
As with any numero uno fan, all on this site would like to offer a minute's silence in respect of Keef. RIP Keef, I think the Weirdo may be attempting to take your mantle.

I bought the dvd box set because it was a fiver and I had some fond memories of the show (despite it being derivative - sort of Red Dwarf as made by Green Wing) and my goodness it's patchy. There are lines left dangling without punchlines and strange shifts in tone. It looks gorgeous though, the effects have obviously been lovingly made for the obvious low budget of a tv show and even the set designs are decent.

I like the show. I can see why it wouldn't be for everyone, but it's not that bad. It's almost like people were competing to see who could hate it more.

I tried to like it, I REALLY did.
However it failed to gain more than the occasional grin from me, and that was usually because I was relating a punchline to something else in my head.
I'm sorry but it was dire, I can't pick out one aspect of it to defend.
