'Piano Music'... WHAT IS IT?!

Ok - I just watched the first episode of the new series on BNTM... does anybody know that piece of music that used a piano which gets played over the footage of the eliminated model leaving? I believe it's been used on ANTM in the past and on numerous other programmes..
It's basically a sad piece of music that has this 'hammering' repeated note toward the end.. Does anybody have an idea who it's by or what it's called?
