I ran into it while looking at an actors movie creds. It's so funny because I remember it was a big film at the time for the reason that it was the first time Jim Carry did a role like this. I really don't remember if it was decent or terrible. I'm going to see if I can rent it on FIOS.

In a world where The Room, Troll 2, and Star Trek V: The Final Frontier exist, I have to disagree. The Number 23 is a bad movie, but not one of the worst to exist.

It's ridiculous how it's never aired on TV. So many forgotten movies that never air but yet they'll show the same shit over and over and over again.
