Outstanding Kiss

That kiss at the end deserves an award. It was non-slobbery and amazing.

That kiss came out of nowhere and was pretty amazing. And, it doesn't look like it was faked. Rather gutsy of both actors to do it.

Good to see others think the same :)
I enjoyed the kiss enormously, very good one, I can actually watch it over and over agian and was just thinking that it is one of the best screen kisses I have seen

So true. That kiss was amazing, and i love it how Levi just walks away with a smile on his face leaving Chance standing there, all dazzled and confused haha

The question I have is did it really happen or was it another fantasy? I want to believe it really happened, but Levi never hinted in liking Chance other than as a friend, so it really would just be random. It doesn't help that Chance said that it was his side of the story. Argh, I can't stand open-ended story details like this.

First and foremost:
I agree that the kiss was, indeed, outstanding.

Discussion:
After that kiss, Chance's voice-over narration asked us, the audience, the same question: Was this just another fantasy — or was it real this time? Then he explained that he wasn't going to tell us because this was his version of the story.

Either version is quite possible:
• We know that Chance had quite a crush on Levi — and Levi knew it, too.
• We don't know why the quickly-mentioned-and-forgotten ex-girlfriend is now an ex.
• And then, there is Levi's real reaction to seeing Chance watching him undress through the bedroom window versus Chance's fantasy of Levi doing a striptease.

Nor is Levi's ability to deck Brad RoidRage with one punch a real indicator. One size does not fit all — and not all gay guys act as stereotyped as the Chance character. Plus the movie didn't show Levi going out with anyone, male or female, so there's no hint there, either.

Apparently, Chance is leaving it all up to the imagination of each of us. I thought it made for an interesting ending.

I agree, it's one of the, if not *the*, most adorably sweet (not to mention hot) gay movie kisses ever (right up there with Jamie and Ste from 'Beautiful Thing'). It doesn't hurt that both Tad and Brett are flippin' adorable as well. In fact, this entire movie was a fun ride!

I loved how Chance didn't want to stop the kiss, and Levi's little smile as he walked away. So cute!
