In this movie chartecer of chance was meanted to be treted becuase he like to treated that way.
even though he was constantly humilated by bart .he didn't complaint to schell about his drug use

it is because of timid homosexuals like "chance ".Homosexuals are treated bad.
he could revenge onm brad .but he stick to his pathetic pseudo saint thought "I dont do my battle this ways"

chance charter was disgusting and makes me puke

When you make a post learn to have at least spell. You sound like a complete idiot. I mean seriously. "Gays will be teated like that"? You sound like a punk. Seriously, who is the real coward? Probably yourself.

The movie was decent. It wasn't the best I saw, but I thought it was worthy to recommend.

from my bad english(I know my English is not good and I am not from English speaking country ), that I am a punk,coward and shame on human race

the thing u guys have not written why in the world the Chance continue to accept the beating and humiliation from Bart and didn't complain against him (that there is weed inside his locker)

Is that you guys Means by growing up?
tolerating the humiliation means growing up?

complaining about a bully (Bart) and making him expelled from school means shame to Human race?

I have nothing more to say about this .If you guys thinks by continuously accepting the humiliation will change aggressor heart then all the best to u guys in your respective Paradise

poorly spelled and awkwardly thought out post aside, I've got to figure that your opinion either stems from homopobia or simple ignorance.

If it is from homophobia, dude look inside yourself and make peace with it. Loving other dudes isn't that bad if you just accept yourself.

If it is ignorance, anyone straight or gay can be submissive. At my school, one of the only kids the bully didn't mess with was the out gay kid. This kid was far from submissive and made it known that if anyone wanted to mess with him, they could also deal with the reputation of getting their butt handed to them by a gay kid. On the other hand, the bully's biggest target was a loner. He wasn't really nerdy but bullies smell fear like a shark smells blood in the water. Straight or gay has nothing to do with it.

Also, the film is trying to show that Chance is the bigger man by not stooping to the bully's level. He takes the high road and is a better person for it. In the end, karma punishes the bully anyway. Was Gandi a coward for advocating peace and turning the other cheek? No. And neither was Chance.

The original poster's point was clear to me, and I'm not multi-lingual as he is. Seems to me that OP simply wants oppressed minorities (particularly gay people) to fight rather than turn the other cheek. He made me think about the USA's civil rights struggle of the 60's--would I follow Martin L. King, or join the Black Panthers? Of course this pov, if taken too far, leads to blaming the victim.

To the OP--I'm sorry your post was met with vitriol and 'ad hominem' attacks.
