Background music during the cemetery scene

Towards the end when the little girl is found at the cemetery, anyone else notice that the background music is a complete copy of the theme from Ladder 49. Literally note-for-note. So I checked out the composers for both films assuming they were the same guy, it's quite common for composers to re-use their material in other jobs, but discovered they were different guys. Philip Grass composed the score for this movie, William Ross did as Ladder 49. Isn't this plagiarism?

I also noticed that music from "Life as a House" was used several times in this movie, including the first time we see her in the kitchen and when she storms out after stabbing the rare steak on the table. I also checked and the composers of both movies are different. Studio must have cut costs by recycling music or something.

A great reason: Philip Glass.
