Simply put: list your favourite scene and character.
Mine would be:
Scene: the final confession / "our secret place" scene
Character: the Cosplay girl / Meganekko "鏡萌" (played by Nomizu Iori / 野水伊織)
Mine is
Scene: The Final Episode (I really can't choose one the whole thing was just wonderful)
Character: No question about it....I love Densha/Yamada. He's awesome
Scene: I would have to agree with sean m. when he notes that it's hard to choose a favourite scene from such an awesome show but there are two that I really liked a lot--one is the scene where Saori gives Yamada the paired necklace; the other is when she tells him it's his turn to kiss her and he kisses her on the cheek so she tells him, "Not there. Here.", and points to her lips. Those scenes were both sweet and amusing.
Character: Of course I loved Saori but maybe that's just because all guys wish they could find someone so impossibly sweet and because Itoh Misaki is so ridiculously beautiful. I think Risa Sudo's character is hilarious but overlooked because it's a relatively small role.
Scene: Becuase I'm kinda otaku myself, my favourite scene is when the 2ch people go all over Akihabara and use all their resources to find him. I was really intense during that scene becuase I was all like "LOOK AT THE SIGNS DENSHA!!!" I also liked the story of how Yamada gave away all his otaku stuffs, only to get them all back.
Character: Saori's little brother becuase he was handsome (^^;;) and Sakurai-san, becuase he was a really hateable, yet loveable villain. I loved to hate him (if that makes any sense)

Those were my favorites too!! And don't forget in the same episode when he won "The newest Gaming system and 10 games"!!
Characters: Saori/Hermes well for obvious reasons (I'm a guy) but I also liked Yamada and I don't know what his name is (real or character) but the guy that does the ASCII art.
Scenes:
- The first meeting in the train.
- Any scene with beautiful Misaki Ito
- Any scene with sexy Eriko Sato
- Any scene with Jinkama
- Densha's bad-luck birthday
- The confession scene

ANY scene with Misuzu Jinkama! i especially liked the one at the end where shes being attacked by some drunk and Sakurai saves her.
also that scene in the train where Sakurai, the wrestling otaku, the girl otaku and that other guy accidentally re-enact the Densha Otoko story.
Scenes:
-When Densha defends Hermes on the train.
-When Densha is all cleaned up for the first time and really looks handsome. ^^
-When Hermes finally reads the BBS.
-The final love confession.
Character:
Densha/Yamada
Without a doubt Gekidan Hitori. He is the funniest person on the series!!!
shareScene: The end of "AnotherEnding", where Densha Otoko goes back and asks the board for advice. Just because I found the relationship between Densha Otoko and the BBS to be far more intriguing than the relationship between him and Hermes. It was nice to know he stil hangs around there to ask for advice.
Character: Misuzu Jinkama, or Kazuya Sakurai (what was up with his obsession of that Dragostea din Tei song and race cars?).
scene: when they finally meet at the train station after hermes has waited ages for densha at their secret place, it's so sweet! and when they share their first 'adult' kiss, aww!
character: oguri shun! he's sooo cute and i fell in love with him even though he doesn't say anything during the whole show! the picture messages he makes with the keyboard symbols are so cute :o)
Actually I love every scene of this drama.
But if I have to choose, I'll go with
- Hermes's "moe" scene, it simply killed me.
- the "Matilda sannnnnn" scene, I couldn't stop laughing when seeing that. So funny for a Gundam fan like me.
- every scene with Jinkama too ^^
Jinkama was my favorite Character, she was SOOO Funny.
I think my favortie scenes were: Final Episode: when the guys are at the resturant and talkinga about how Jinkama screwed them over and it moves faster and faster then suddenly an Arab guy pops up "WatashiNanka!" That was REALLY REALLY funny and random, I had to watch it several times because I was laughing so hard.
The hospital Scene with Jinkama-san hiding under Densha's sheets and his Bosses walk in and Densha is making faces the one boss just yells KAWAI! (scary!) HAHAHA
Favortie serious Scene was the "Dijoubu? Chanto Sukande masu kara" part, very sweet and my girl says it to me all the time just to be Kawaii... She is Japanese btw so its hard for her not to be cute
Well there were lots of amazing scenes, but I LOVED when Densha escorts Hermes to her house and they hold hands for the first time! I just cried :'( It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
There were a lot of those moments, weren't there? That's what made this show so good. Stuff that just made you cry. Stuff that you wanna say, "I =SO= wish that would happen to me!"
Yeah, TV should always be this good. :)
Scene: The Benoist Cafe. LOL. One guy sighs "Hermes", and the chain reaction was hilarious! And they all flocked at the same cafe too! How funny is that? Somebody mutters "Densha", everybody starts looking at each other. Then "ComiKe", and everybody jumps at their seats. XD
Character: Sure, I like Yamada and Saori, and their antics are cute. But one thing that stuck to me was Yamada's sister, when one of Yamada's friends saw her in the bathroom. She burned the towel, and when it puffed, the smile she made was priceless. :P
The hermes chain reaction was incredibly hilarious! I loved that. hahaha!
Heck, this was so cute, every single character had this "cute" feeling. Densha Otoko is just lovely.
