Should we be proud? Good Belgian movie??

I still have to watch this movie
Probably will go see it next weekend

I have high hopes for this first belgian action flick!

So who has seen it? Is it any good?

I have read some pretty rough critics about that movie.
I used to love the show, is it just as good?
I would like to go and see it in a few weeks.

It's a rather OK-film. Acting is good (Koen De Bouw!), the action sequences are, for a belgian film, spectactular but it all falls apart with a very weak predictable script.

No, I just saw it, we shouldn't be proud we should be ashamed! What a waste! I was lucky I got free tickets, this was just horrible, horrible, horrible! This movie didn't even had a story I mean what was it about ... ? Just some people with personal problems and how they deal with it, there was no story at all.

A good movie! The special effects and the story are realy good (especially for a Belgian movie). If the actors would have spoken English the whole film, it could have been an American movie :D!

The ending ruined it for me, otherwise not bad. And Veerle Baetens is not only beautiful, she can act too! ;)

The film is good but not great.
I would say that its way better than most of the political correct crap that comes out of Hollywood.

That's the problem. Belgium keeps making movies that make us say "Wow! look at that! We can do it to!". We have to stop mimicking Hollywood and start making something ORIGINAL. Something that people all over the world appreciate and see as something ground-breaking, not something like 'a dutch hollywood flick'.

I thought it was a good movie, but certainly not the best ever made in belgium. (de indringer & hel van tanger!!!). Jelle Cleymans can't act, there are other actors who could've done his small part much better. And the ending is so stupid.

Windkracht 10 was on Surinamese TV. I thought it OK, nothing special, no reason to be particularly proud of, but no reason to be ashamed of either. The opening scene was also the best one. It is entertaining, but not more than that.
If you Belgians (I am Dutch) want a title to be proud of, I would say Memory of a Killer (De zaak Alzheimer). That might be very well the best movie in Dutch ever.
