Why was she so mad at Morgan?

Is there something I'm missing here? I don't understand why she was all indignant that Morgan wrote a piece, when it was she who bailed on her duties in the first place.

I mean, maybe she just saw it as a disloyal thing to do, but it seems pretty normal to me for someone who's working as an assistant and wanting to move on to bigger and better things to try to get his or her work out there as much as possible, and she only wrote the piece after she overheard JJ saying she had nothing. It's not as though she was hoping/presuming she would fail all along. It just seems like a logical move for her to try writing something of her own to submit once she found out that JJ didn't have anything.
