Recommendations for other Anime?

I have recently discovered a love of anime and have just finished watching the 'Negima' and 'Love Hina' series! <3

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some recommendations for any other good anime series?
I look around in the shops to see whats available, but half the box sets don't have descriptions on them (and the descriptions on the rest are very vague) and I'd rather not pay a small fortune for a series that I may not enjoy :/

Any recommendations would be appreciated as I like all sorts of shows!

So if you could please recommend any good anime collections (with a short description on what they are about and if you enjoyed it etc) it would be much appreciated!

Ranma 1/2. A story about a guy who turns into a girl every time he comes in contact with cold water and he turns back with hot water. This is definatly the best out of the romantic comedy anime's out there, it's especially comedic in nature, highly reccomended.

Happy lesson is another good one. It's about a high school student who lives with five of his teacher, who all want to act as his mom. Very light hearted and fun. There's Happy lesson and Happy lesson advance, I think that it's a total of 26 episodes.

I only named two right now, because I really don't feel like typing anymore. But I hope that it helps.

Paniponi Dash, has some things in common with Negima, comedy, 10 year old teacher, i would recomend PPD, I'd say it was better than Negima for both the comedy and story.
