Alright first of all the polar bear does not talk.

Second of all I was kidding with the name and the smacking idea. (hope your not offended. MUCH)

However if you have seen this movie, can you please tell me what you found so horrible about it?

I know there were some parts that were in my oppinion not really needed for the story however my little girl loves this movie.

Now all we need is Barbie: Mermaidia.

Although there are some bits of the story that could be done better I thought this movie was quite impressive. Espesially the ice skating scenes using Beethoven!

The Barbie company makes these movies for little kids, now I have no idea how old you are, but I have 2 sisters who are 6 & 4 and they absolulty love this movie, it is not meant to be a perfect movie, it is meant to entertain, and it is imaginative and a fantasy movie, nothing has to be real and true about it except that kids love it, I am 17 and I think the Barbie Movies are amazing, they are something that all girls can watch and love, I like being able to sit with my sisters and watch this, and then talk to my mom about it, it is good for a family movie, and good for adults for a conversational topic for stuff for their kids, now I know that you are entitled to your opinion, but I hate to say it, but I feel that it is wrong. This movie isn't a reality, it is an escape from reality for kids and adults. So chew on this for a bit and realize that what you said was unfair and has no point.

I think the *talking bear* as you call it is cute and amazing, all it says that I can recall is "sparkle"

i am 17 years old and i LOVED this movie! i was babysitting and cassie wanted to watch a movie so i put it on and WOW i was like 'omg this movie is great!' and the polar bear doesnt talk fyi AND if thats the only reason you hated this movie then you mustve also hated finding nemo, bambi, beauty and the beast, the little mermaid, toy story 1 and 2, shrek 1 and 2, and the list goes on and on....

I has issues that they use the Pegasus myth horribly. Pegasus is MALE people! Born of Medusa and Posiedon, freed from the prison of his mother by Perseus, tamed by Bellerophon with aid from the gods, and eventually becoming the property of the gods and NOT some transformed princess.

The flying horse is a staple of myth but NEVER, NEVER have I heard of it used in this way which, I think, ruins the whole myth and magic behind the winged horse. Besides, the story's kinda weak at best. You could really do some good with these movies if only it wasn't a 90-minute commercial to sell a product. I mean, instead of telling a GOOD story, they want to dumb down elements to suit the Barbie standards and make sure that the girl with the prettiest dress wins. Gag me wif a spoon, plzkthxbai!

Ok this is pathetic. I think I am the only person who actually agrees with you. This movie is terrible if it is trying to be heartwarming or dramatic or whatnot. If it is trying to be a comedy on the other hand, than well done. My brother and I could not stop laughing at the scene where two hideous little girls were riding on these small little pegasus creatures. Haha.

And that guy, Aiden was it? He has got to be the most disgusting guy in that whol movie. I mean, that evil warlock man was hideous, but not as bad as that Aiden guy. Barbie's looks way surpass his. Oh, and please don't give me any "beauty is blind" and "don't be superficial" *beep* All of the Barbie movies are superficial from her perfect skin to how no one seems to age...

Anyways, if you like the movie, than that is completely your opinion and your taste. Everyone likes different films and this is defnitely one I will never again torture myself to sit through.
