just one little question that needs to be answered!
where's van wilder exactly?

I was just coming to ask this same question... why call it Van Wilder 2 if Van Wilder isn't gonna be in it!?
shareMoney! If they called it "The rise of Taj", it wouldn't even been made because no one knows who the hell is Taj. But Van Wilder they know was a funny comedy an here is a sequel.
sharethis movie is actually not that bad. if you can rent it or buy it for like 10 bucks do it. especially if you like the first one or are a kal penn fan.
sharethis title is a play on the national lanpoon movies even though not all of the movies had anything to do with national lampoons they are trademark films thats why the named it van wilder: rize of taj, i mean ryan can't stay in college forever he has to pass the torch.
sharePlus...if you've seen the original, Van graduated, and probably works with his dad.
shareTrue, but maybe Ryan could've done at least a cameo. The only reference I could see to him was the note on the golf cart. In that light, was that cart shipped from the States and dropped on the campus just waiting for Taj to walk by? Maybe I'm wrong but aren't golf carts in Britain right-side drive?
shareWhy the hell is this movie so bad?!

Hellz yeah!! The movie would have been instantly redeemed if Ryan appeared for at least 5 minutes....
shareActually, the movie IS that bad. I really liked Van Wilder ("Naomi....that's 'I MOAN' spelled backwards"), but this comes nowhere close. At best it is a Z-grade plotline that I suspect is the bastard offspring of "Oxford Blues" and "Revenge of the Nerds".
Save your time and your money and trust me. This was just awful.
It wasn't that bad. I kind of enjoyed it. But I also like Hamburget the Movie, Beerfest, and Eurotrip. Taj is cool. My kind of mindless movie!
shareDude Beerfest and Eurotrip were actually funny movies with decent plots!! This movie was just weaksauce...
