I have a dog and I am a dog lover. However, I would not have went in there after my dog. How many of you would have truly went in there after your dog knowing what was inn there?
P.S. Why did he not train his dog to obey him and not make stupid mistakes like that?

shareIt's not just his pet dog. It's the only living companion he has left. Without that dog he is completely and utterly alone. It's also the last vestige of his family, the final living memory.

I would go in as well! My 2 dogs died from old age (one) and from a cardiac problem (the other) and their deaths were two of the most devastating moments i ever had in my life. Now i have cats and i would move mountains to save them from any harm.
As for your P.S. - Its an animal, they could be very well trained (and mind you that will smith character was not a dog trainer), but in the spur of the moment a dog can react accordingly to his instincts.
