Have they ever given an Oscar award to an animal for the Academy Awards? If not, they SHOULD HAVE for the dog who played Sam in this film. She and her trainers should have gotten an award, because that dog was a genius in this movie.

shareIt was great to see a dog like Abby get a fairly major part in a mainstream movie where the focus was not so much on cute canine actions, but rather the support and loyalty she showed towards her master. Abby was great in the role.
