The more revelant question is - "How did he get this shiny red Shelby Mustang during a global plaque?" I get that this is a blockbuster movie starring Will Smith and we can't have Will driving around in a Civic, but seriously, this car looks brand new. Okay, it was parked indoors at the dealership and Will took it for a test drive. Still doesn't explain why it's so clean when everything else is filthy.
