No most of Rhode Island is middle class. This was the Jamestown/Newport area which has many wealthy homes, but even most of Newport is middle class.

I admired it's natural beauty. It reminds me of my local coastline.

I've read that R.I. actually has a lot of Portuguese-Americans in the population.
